JDK8 Maven Scala2.12 Spark3.0 NodeJS
- cd into frontend/beastol/ and install dependencies with
npm install
- Start Frontend -> run
npm run start
- Build ->
npm run build
(outputs to maven resources folder)
- Open with IntelliJ and use Maven to compile
- Create an empty folder "data" with sub-folders "indexed" and "viz"
- To run in Debug mode or to Execute the code from an IDE, edit the execution configuration to use StartApp as the main class. Run with Java 18 and add the following VM options to the configuration:
--add-opens=java.base/sun.nio.ch=ALL-UNNAMED --add-opens=java.base/java.nio=ALL-UNNAMED --add-opens=java.base/java.util=ALL-UNNAMED --add-opens=java.base/java.lang.invoke=ALL-UNNAMED
- Alternatively, Build ->
mvn clean package
(build fat jar) and Deploy withbeast beasttools-1.1-RC.jar
