Binary packages
To install, just run the installer and follow the instructions.
This version is aligned with the source repository, thus it is limited to version up to 1.10.*.

Portable executables (include both TeraStitcher and TeraConverter): you can run them from any device w/o dependencies.
These executables include the CUDA implementation of the Align step and other improvements not present in the source code repository, which is only maintained up to version 1.10.*. Thus, the version of these executables is ahead of the version of the GUI installer.

Portable executables that can read files using the Bioformats package (include both TeraStitcher and TeraConverter): you can run them from any device w/o dependencies except that you need JRE installed. More information can be found in the TeraTools Documentation.

This is a deprecated project. We still provide these (old) binaries for users interested to use TeraStitcher from within Vaa3D as described in our Nature Protocols paper. However, we strongly encourage to download and use TeraStitcher-standalone instead, which has the same GUI and workflow as the (old) Vaa3D plugin, but includes the most recent bug fixes and improvements.
To install and launch the plugin:
- download and install the latest Vaa3D build from www.vaa3d.org
- from the Vaa3D installation folder, go to
bin/plugins/image_stitching/terastitcher
- replace the
.dll
/.so
/.dylib
file with the one provided from the following list - launch Vaa3D and click on
Plug-In
>image_stitching
>terastitcher
>TeraStitcher
