A minor release that un-deprecates the utility routines no longer used by the main AACGM-v2 routines and moves them to a submodule. It also updates the CI to test Python 3.7, updated the testing web hooks, and simplified the testing configuration. Improvements were made to the unit test coverage and PEP8 compliance.
