This PR adds support for Joker.com DNS validation. Created #2840 for bug reports and added instructions to docs at https://github.com/acmesh-official/acme.sh/wiki/dnsapi#103-use-jokercom-domain-api.
Fills the requirements in the guide apart from wildcard support. This script is unable to add the necessary two TXT records due to limitations in the Joker.com API. See info at docs for this.
