Docker image mundialis/actinia-core:4.9.2 does not come installed with the GDAL driver for PostgreSQL anymore, which is needed to load data from PostgreSQL using a where query with
v.in.ogr
. I've added a new environmental variable 'GDAL_DRIVER_PACKAGES' to Dockerfile_alpine_dependencies' that includesgdal-driver-PG
and leaves room to add other additional GDAL drivers in the future.Details
Alpine Version: 3.18
Actinia Version: 4.9.2
GDAL Version: 3.6.4
