I like to have a utility for Scanning the thing and getting by scan the Output so that it is correct as Input for the parser

What I done here is to Lift the Versions of the dependencies and and ephemerol as dependency. Next I written Tests defining a Scanner specification and a grammar which are used to passe a given Input in form of a string. I also made a Small test for the Generation of a specialized parser.
