This reverts commit bd6f165dd28df6035d1396abee15a44ee00d372b.

macOS 11.x Big Sur introduces a dymamic library cache. These libraries
are no longer available as system libraries, and therefore should be
built from source. There is no harm in building from source on earler
versions of macOS.
