I have 40 css files in my project and when I open an inline editor for a p tag, the rule list UI shows 428 rules with its own scrollbar. And the inline editor is initially showing the bottom part. If you select one, then inline editor scrolls up to show the top part. If you select a different rule now, it scrolls to the bottom.
