Update freetype to a newer version to support loongson jdk build

Hi all:

I'm a member of the openjdk development team from Loongson. In the near future, we intend to add to the adpotium build process. I have updated the build scripts in temurin-build repo and build loongson jdk natively on my system. freetype's config.guess is not up to date, so when configure, there will be an error and terminate. The newer version of freetype already supports LoongArch, I think we would need to use a newer freetype version to support LoongArch build. After that, we will launch pr to support building and distributing binaries of loongson jdk via AdoptOpenJDK.

Which version included support for loongarch? If it's a version in the codebase then that change will be adequate as it won't be using a downloaded one, so as long as the version in the openjdk port codebase works, that'll be adequate.
