2023 eastern and northern Bering Sea data report (in final review and soon to be) published! (and more)

These are the scripts, resources, and content used to write and publish the 2023 eastern and northern Bering Sea data report, 2023 northern Bering Sea community highlights, and associated presentations. The 2023 eastern and northern Bering Sea data report has been submitted to RPTS and should be formally published in the next month or so. Earlier versions of this code were previously used to write and publish the 2018 eastern Bering Sea data report, 2019 eastern and northern Bering Sea data report, 2021 eastern and northern Bering Sea data report, 2022 eastern and northern Bering Sea data report, 2022 northern Bering Sea community highlights, and 2021 northern Bering Sea community highlights.

Major changes this year from past years include using the GAP_PRODUCTS tables (find documentation here) instead of historical production, RACE_DATA, and RACEBASE tables.
