Add legacy history disabling method
Google have taken down version 2.0.2 of History Disabler because of reports of non-functionality.
To appease Google, and those users, this release adds the ability to revert back to the old method of disabling history (that may break the back/forward navigation functionality in Chromium 67+).

Automatically save options
This is a very minor release. The main functional change is that advanced options are now saved automatically (rather than on the press of a "Save" button).
I also made some very minor changes to the HTML, and the wording on the options page.
Retain 'Recently closed' tabs for a session.
New option to retain 'Recently closed' tabs for a session, as per user request.
Removed unneeded 'tabs' permission.
Some other, extremely minor, changes.
GitHub username change.
This release only updates the links to this repository to reflect a change in my GitHub username.
New option, new icon, and other minor fixes.
This release adds a new option to effectively disable download history, and a new icon.
