DBC Helper

Purpose

The goal of this tool is to :

• analyse and show errors of a vector DBC file
• merge many dbc's in one
• export datas to a dbc file
• export datas to a human readeable file
• generate C structures for each messages
• generate matlab bit unpacking field for each messages
