feat: add locale uk-UA (ukrainian language) to locales

• add uk-UA zod.json to packages/core/locales/uk-UA
• add uk-UA test to tests/integrations
• add uk-UA zod.json and zod.json to examples/with-next-i18next/public/locales/uk-UA
• update next-i18next.config.js add "uk-UA" to locales (in examples/with-next-i18next)
• update examples/with-next-i18next/pages/index.tsx, add option Українська
