The image below can be used as a guideline for the UI for workflows in Airy Inbox.
It should be possible to filter the conversations, as seen by the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the Inbox column and the quick filter element.
Within the quick filter element, we should only display the "All", "Open". and "Closed" options. The user can click on these buttons to move the conversation from one state to another. It should also be clear which state the user is currently looking at; making the current state more prominent than the others.
We should also place the search icon to the left of the filter icon. When a user clicks the search icon, the search bar will appear to the left of it (similar to the experience in app.airy.co).
As a means of simplifying filtering, we should remove the unread quick filter. It will still be available via filter modal.
In order to access the filter modal, clicking on the filter icon will prompt the pop up of the filter modal. The image below can be used for what happens when a system user clicks the filter:
