The SVG Roomplanner is available under a dual license.

If the use or modification of the application is intended for commercial purposes (to make money in any way), users must purchase a commercial license. If the application is used for marketing purposes, whether or not customers will be charged, this constitutes commercial use, and requires the purchase of a commercial license. Any modified versions of this software also require a commercial license be attached.

For strictly educational purposes, users are welcome to inspect the code, fork it, modify it, and change it, under the MIT License.
