Vendor source code downalod and sync automation.
Vendor releases are based upon the source released from the Qualcomm
delivery.
QCOM releases are periodically merged into the somc branch and public
releases made at stable points in the cycle.
This strategy has been deployed and automate
this source code downalod and sync process.
