Release 0.8.23 updates the Pdfium bindings to the latest release, adjusting the implementation of some internal functions in response to upstream changes, deprecates `PdfFont::name()` function in favour of `PdfFont::family()` to match changes in upstream naming, and adds new functions `PdfFont::is_embedded()` and `PdfFont::data()` for retrieving embedded font data. The `examples/fonts.rs` example has been updated to demonstrate the new functionality. Deprecated items will be removed in release 0.9.0.
