Swallow jabber messages from big summary LSRs

Presently, the processing generates one jabber message per LSR found within a LSR. Some offices are issuing gigantic summary LSRs and overwhelming the bot and making it not useful to relay to jabber/slack/etc.

So the life choice here is to swallow any LSR product with more than 5 individual LSRs, just issue the summary message.
