This application is made to replace all the paper bills/receipts with the digital receipts.

Installation

Download the apk file in your phone and install it.

OS Requirements

• This application is meant for mobile phones running on android platform only.
  • Android version 6 is recommended for best experience.
  • Runs well on almost all android versions including android 5 and above.
• Best viewed on a 5.2 inch smartphone.

Network Requirements

• Please avoid using VPNs as the app ran into some errors while testing on a VPN.
• Networks without proxy are preferred otherwise some problems may occur.
• Use of mobile data is highly suggested. App sometimes ran into errors on wifi.

Usage

• Home Screen

  • Request option is there to request payment from another user.
  • Pay option lets you pay to all the pending requests according to your choice.
  • Passbook option shows all your transactions at one place. Touch a transaction to open its receipt.
  • Total rewards of the user is shown at the bottom.

• User only needs to touch the "Raseed" icon in the middle to make pending payments.

• Profile section shows all the details of current user. At every transaction, the details are updated accordingly and rewards are given to the payee which equal 1/100th of transaction amount.

• Offers section will provide different discounts and cashbacks on future tie-ups with merchants.

• For every transaction, the receipt of payment/bill is provided immediately and e-mailed to e-mail address provided by the user at the time of transaction.

• On any successful transaction, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the application's e-mail which is, as of now, hardcoded: raseedinc@gmail.com

Bugs

• You can directly log in without entering any credentials.
• For a given mobile number of a user, login doesn't require a password at present.
• Once the app is closed, the user is required to login again by providing credentials.
• As instamojo payment gateway is used, there is a limit on transaction amount. Minimum transaction amount is Rs 11, though, transaction above Rs 100 is suggested for testing. Maximum transaction limit is 2 lacs per transaction.
• During payment procedure, cancel option is not in a working state at present.
• In the profile section, the details - Phone, Spendings, Earnings and Rewards are dynamically updated. At present, the rest of the details are hardcoded and fixed. Also, though the rewards are updated regularly, they cannot be used in any transaction.
• At present, the Offers section is hardcoded and will be updated in future. The offers are dummy and are not dynamic.
• After the final payment, the instamojo payment receipt is sent immediately to the e-mail ID provided by the user. The app payment confirmation is sent always to the same app e-mail id : raseedinc@gmail.com

Future Features

• Using blockchain to make a more secure system of peer to peer payments.
• Offline payments through local wireless network in which the customer and merchant do not require to be connected to the internet.
• Tie ups with merchants and organizations to provide discounts and cashbacks to users.
• Using fingerprint authentication to secure entry into the app and payments from the app.
• Using Microsoft CodePush to update the app on the fly.
