Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Open desktop
  2. Clean local data storage
  3. Run "Licences" command

Actual Behavior

Errors on console:

Application.js:1761 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '__CSRFTOKEN' of undefined

Additional info:

This happens only during first run, when TokenService didn't initialize local Token yet.
