This release is simply to provide a prebuilt version of the stand-alone single-binary InstructionSets:

Command line utility to list instruction sets (semantic groups of instructions), or instructions, used by an executable file.

The build is Release for x64 platform with Visual Studio 2022 Update 8 (MSVC++ 14.38), including a static version of the Visual C++ run-time.
