v1.3.2

This release switches to scalacheck 1.18.x. As a consequence, the module name of scalacheck-shapeless changes to scalacheck-shapeless_1.18, so that the whole dependency is now com.github.alexarchambault::scalacheck-shapeless_1.18:1.3.2.
