Demo; Who Multiplexes the Multiplexers?

Refresh of https://github.com/allvm/allvm-tools/releases/tag/v0.0.1-alpha, with but not limited to:

• newer dependencies
• more debug-friendly libnone
• fix bad fde: FDE is really a CIE when using alley's JIT path to execute certain allexe's
• properly report triple

Non-functional:

• travis, cachix

Demo; Honey I've Multiplexed the Tools

ALLVM Tools, should work on most Linux x86_64 systems.

Tools were built into allexes, and then the allmux tool was used to create a single program containing the code of all the tools. allready was then used to produce execute-anywhere single static binary.

This is mostly for showing off what's possible (allmux allmux'd itself!)
but also enables folks to try the tools easily.
