Change generated slug to match base path configuration for asylum support tribunal decisions. When these don't match it is not possible to view published documents. Update related fixtures for feature tests.
Based on request from custom support team, rename asylum-support-decisions.json to asylum-support-tribunal-decisions.json in both metadata and schemas directory.
