Misfunction of wechat_qr in Social Integration

Bug description

The wechat_qr of bottom social integration will not work when enable_navbar_social is set true.

How to reproduce the bug

1. modify the _config.yml

enable_navbar_social: true
wechat_qr: wechat-qr1.png

2. The WeChat icon at the navbar can be clicked but the WeChat icon at the bottom cannot.
