The existing 1.12.1 build that was built using 1.16 flags a few CVEs in
my vulnerability scanning pipeline, namely:
CVE-2021-38297
CVE-2021-44716
CVE-2021-41772
CVE-2021-41771
CVE-2021-39293
CVE-2021-29923

This change just updates the version of go in the go.mod file.

Thanks. I think this mod file is only a minimum version required, the dockerfile and GitHub actions workflow are where it affects our actual release build. I’ll make a new release shortly.
