Creating support for duckdb driver, as requested by #538
Currently WIP, but would love some early input if possible.
So far ive gotten it and most the tests running in duckdb_test.go.
the only one that's not is the schema dump which will be a bit more complicated since duckdb doesnt have a schema dump command that doesn't also include its data.Need to get it running on other platforms in ci/fix ci first.
