Added support for an upcoming hardware vector generator for Advance Mame. The software added registers as an aux renderer.
Added new keys in advancemame.rc:
vector_aux_renderer [none] [dvg] ; Enables the USB-DVG aux renderer or not.
vector_aux_renderer_dual_display [yes][no] ; Allows for bitmap and vector display at the same time or not
vector_aux_renderer_port [serial port] ; Serial port name such as /dev/ttyACM0
