IIO-Oscilloscope - v0.17-master

This is the latest release for the Windows installer and the .AppImage for x86_64 Linux users. The osc-appimage zip archive contains the AppImage and the waveforms and profiles directories.
For other architectures, the app should be built from source. Instructions can be found at the Analog Devices wiki

This includes the following notable changes:

• use latest version of libiio-v0
• add profile generator for ADRV9002 plugin
• add plugin for AD9084
• fix save_as feature
• add enable button for FFT window correction
