Funcionalidad desarrollada

  1. Al momento de registrar se corriguen datos de telefono e email de contacto con Andes.
  2. Se corrigio la fecha de los estudios CDAS, con la fecha original del estudio.
  3. Se agregan opciones de alert, para casos de registros de pacientes con cuentas duplicadas
