Added view support for Ares 'SMIV' sprites.
Added preference to set your favourite resource types.
Reworked view modes to allow switching out of thumbnail view.
Thumbnail size can be adjusted with cmd +/-.
CSV can be imported without a pre-existing resource type.
More informative display of checkbox grids in templates.
Other bug fixes and improvements.
