This was missing from ansible#15499 as it was not obvious that the CI was only configured to run in PRs.

SUMMARY
This was missing from #15499 as it was not obvious that the CI was
only configured to run in PRs. So I'm sending this patch as a follow-up.
Additionally, it also adds a Codecov badge to README.
