With the
0.7.3release ofansys-dpf-core, they have added an explicitdependency on
setuptools. This means our workaround is no longerneeded.
Due to the inclusion of ansys/pydpf-core#734
in their release, we also no longer need to limit the
numpyversionon Python 3.8+.
