Enable using pyMAPDL in examples by installing pyMADPL with the rest in the pipelines, so that from ansys.mapdl.core import launch_mapdl works. See for example #224 .

This might actually not be required nor desired if a specific repository for integration examples is created at the PyAnsys level.
This is under consideration and seems like it will be the way to go.
