        * ci: Use cibuildwheel to build wheels [#309](https://github.com/JessicaTegner/pypandoc/issues/309)
        * Sort files before proc fixes [#292](https://github.com/JessicaTegner/pypandoc/issues/292) [#301](https://github.com/JessicaTegner/pypandoc/issues/301)
        * refact: use fstring in pandoc_download.py [#307](https://github.com/JessicaTegner/pypandoc/issues/307)
        * Updated pandoc-citeproc handling after downloading [#311](https://github.com/JessicaTegner/pypandoc/issues/311)
        * Fixes test cases that uses python, while only python3 is available: Fixes [#276](https://github.com/JessicaTegner/pypandoc/issues/276) [#302](https://github.com/JessicaTegner/pypandoc/issues/302)
