A software toolkit created in C++ based on the yaehmop application.

The project comprised of the following:

1. Making the yaehmop project C++ compatible.
2. Creating a valid protein input parser for yaehmop.
3. Comparing Lapack and Blas versions, adding OpenBlas to yaehmop.
4. Creating a sparse matrix output module (Matrix Market format).
