Update operator_extra_links property

Updates the Amazon AWS Batch operator to work with dynamic task mapping.

The current implementation of operator_extra_links as a property causes an airflow.exceptions.SerializationError when used in Dynamic Task Mapping, as it attempts to access two attributes which are not present in the MappedOperator class. To avoid this exception, this change updates the property to conditionally pull these attributes from the alternative attributes when necessary.
