I think that we'll list the following URLs:
- https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/apache/arrow-go/v${VERSION} (when we release ${VERSION}.0.0)
- ...
- https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/apache/arrow-go/v20 (when we release 20.0.0)
- https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/apache/arrow-go/v19 (when we release 19.0.0)

The asf-site content will be deployed to https://arrow.apache.org/go/ automatically.
I have created an empty
asf-sitebranch and pushed it.We have to add an index.html there pointing to
https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/apache/arrow-go/orhttps://pkg.go.dev/github.com/apache/arrow-go/arrow, I am unsure on where the docs are
