Rationale for this change
I think it is not clear from the documentation site how to find Slack/Discord as it is buried under a link to the community page.
Also, while trying to update that text, I tried to explain better the differences between Discord and ASF Slack as well as remove the outdated "weekly syncs" that haven't happened in 6 months.
