[Improve] Change class name of AbstractJobEnvironment implement

Purpose of this pull request

This PR change JobExecutionEnvironment to ClientJobExecutionEnvironment, change JobImmutableInformationEnv to RestJobExecutionEnvironment. To make sure the meaning of class name is more clear.
