Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Provide relevant nativeTest and corresponding GraalVM Reachability Metadata for MySQL and Postgres Module.
• Provide corresponding GraalVM Reachability Metadata for com.mysql:mysql-connector-j:8.0.31 temporarily .
• Affected by [Bug]: Using org.testcontainers:mysql will report an error as mysqld failed while attempting to check config in GraalVM Native Image testcontainers/testcontainers-java#7954 , mysql cannot use the module of testcontainers-java.
• Fix postgres wrong testcontainers jdbcUrl prefix.
• Restrict the unit tests of testcontainers through the @EnabledInNativeImage annotation to only execute when the Maven Profile of nativeTestInShardingSphere or generateMetadata is activated. Related comments can still be removed manually to perform unit testing manually.
• Remove duplicate entries in com.zaxxer:HikariCP:4.0.3.
• Issues like Add stable option for -H:IncludeResources and -H:ExcludeResources oracle/graal#7354 reveal that pattern in resource-config.json is removing support for regexp, and support for "glob patterns" has not yet been added . A similar weird issue resulted in us needing to manually list all files on the classpath by .*schema/.+\.yaml$ and .*sql/.+\.xml$. This avoids manually writing patterns like \Qschema/mysql/information_schema/character_sets.yaml\E and \Qsql/MySQL.xml\E.

  • What is the difference between .*sql/.+\.xml$ and \Qsql\E?
    • .*sql/.+\.xml$ matches the two files sql/H2.xml and sql/MySQL.xml.
    • \Qsql\E only matches sql folders.
