SUMMARY

This PR allows dashboards currently affected by the bug fixed in #25086 to be fixed by re-importing/syncing the dashboard.

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Includes DB Migration (follow approval process in SIP-59)
