Remove the version overrides in Maven plugin modules for
maven-plugin-annotations.Expected benefit
This version is managed upstream and must match the version of other maven plugin-related dependencies. If we override it, we risk incompatibility. Not overriding should improve compatibility and reduce maintenance effort.
