My ultimate point in this got a bit sidetracked due to SourceDocs/SourceDocs#39, but I'd still like to get these changes in so that when SourceDocs is easier to use through SPM, we can get it going quickly.
This also updates our current doc gen scripts to account for the fact that we switched to a single project rather than a workspace.
