Currently the readmes in those packages just link to the docs. We should create proper readmes so that users can see them on npm. It's as simple as copying parts from the main README and the docs section for each server, all the text is already written. The only things to document is how to set up a simple GraphQL endpoint and GraphiQL.

Not required by any means, but I think it would be very useful, and I don't currently have the time to do it myself.
