Iterated from 3.5 to 3.5.1. Newest 3.5.1 version includes security updates

May be worth looking into using Mark Jaquith's WordPress Skeleton repository for this. Then the core WP code would instead be included as a Git submodule.

That's a better direction.

Unfortunately there are a few small changes to configuration files and
settings in this Appfog instance of WordPress. While the unique keys could
be left in, the other is in a core file and prevents a full submodule of WP
from being implemented.

If Appfog wants to do some refactoring (hint), however, we could probably
make it work.
