To install and run locally

1. git clone https://github.com/aptitud/Elsewhere.git
2. npm install (in Elsewhere folder)
3. gulp run
4. Browse to http://127.0.0.1:4444 or http://127.0.0.1:4444/discussions/1

Deploy to Heroku

1. gulp build --production
2. git add -A && git commit -m "your message here"
3. gulp deploy (requires Heroku cli and login with Aptitud account)
