Now that V3 is stable, I have made the V3 version of the digital born collections/manifest the default and I removed the V2 versions in the server application. Now the viewer just needs to support V3.

@kerim1 The viewer is using manifesto (https://github.com/IIIF-Commons/manifesto) that already supports v3.

It would be great if you could do some tests and give me feedback.

Due to our mixed content we had a big need for V3 of the presentation API. The Image API didn't change that much, but the viewers and image server support wasn't there yet.

Okay, the viewer has no problem with mixed content. May be it is anyway better supported: https://github.com/archival-IIIF/test-server/

At the moment all problems are fix. I will close this issue. @kerim1 Feel free to reopen it or create a new issue if you find more things to fix.
