The project TFMs are updated as following:
.NET Standard 2.0..NET Standard 2.0with EntityFramework Core 3..NET Standard 2.1with EntityFramework Core 5.NET 6with EntityFramework Core 6.NET Framework 4.7.2with EntityFramework 6.Other than that, all Nuget package dependencies are updated to the latest versions for all projects (including test and sample projects).
