Renaming fields arguments #1422

The rename transform allows renaming Types and Field names; which is useful.

However, it would be great to rename also argument names for fields; because when they get automatically generated from OpenAPI-like schemas they can have very long and not-meaningful names.

I cannot entirely tell if wrap/renameobjectfields in graphql-tools already has this functionality as the API documentation is not much detailed.
Hopefully, this is available and it should be easy to expose the functionality also in Mesh.
